Recommended Payment Schedule:

January 15, 2026: 1st Installment of $500
(You may also make smaller payments in between due dates, recommended)

March 15, 2026: 2nd Installment of $500

May 15, 2026: Final Installment of $300
Flight itineraries due on this date.

Registration includes: Transportation, lodging, and meals from July 8–14. However, the flight is not included in the registration cost.

Important Travel Note:
Please ensure that your flight itinerary has you arriving in Rome, Italy (FCO – Leonardo da Vinci Airport) on July 8, 2026. International flights may be long or include layovers, so double-check your arrival date when booking.
